Lineup Update: Joe Val adds 6

Joe Val Bluegrass Festival finished off the lineup for its Feb. 12-14 festival, adding three well known bluegrass acts and three lesser known ones. The Gibson Brothers are big in Northeastern bluegrass, and they will close out the festival Sunday night, following the other two significant additions, Special Consensus and Russell Moore and IIIrd Time Out.

Rabbit In a Log, Back Eddy Bluegrass and Berklee Bluegrass All-Stars perform earlier in the weekend. The latter is a grouping of graduate students studying bluegrass at Berklee School of Music in Boston. The other festival headliners are Danny Paisley and the Southern Grass (Friday) and J.D. Crowe and the New South (Saturday).

Joe Val is a highlightl of the New England bluegrass winter season, playing at The Sheraton Hotel in Framingham MA. Full details and ticket information is here.
