Debut year for this urban festival on the asphalt at in the historic Five Points neighborhood. Great lineup of jam bands plus late night shows at two local nightspots, Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom and Quixote's True Blue. Vending, arts, food and beverages. Looks like the start of a new tradition.

"Decibel Festival is a non-profit, four-day annual music and arts festival held in Seattle, WA. Founded in 2003, the festival bridges the gap between technology and creativity through visual art, workshops, panel discussions and cutting-edge electronic music performances.
