In memory of the late California singer-songwriter, a wonderfully mellow folk/Americana festival under the black oaks and alongside a swimming creek. The Music Bowl main stage is a lovely venue, plus a second stage and workshop tent. Arrive early to get prime creekside camping. Otherwise, the field is fine if you bring a shade structure. The artist lineup is always well chosen, with a cast of semi-regulars. Highly recommended.
